Το Capoten καταστέλλει τη δραστηριότητα του ενζύμου μετατροπής της αγγειοτασίνης, εμποδίζοντας έτσι την αγγειοτασίνη Ι να μετατραπεί σε αγγειοτασίνη ΙΙ – μια ουσία με ισχυρή αγγειοσυσταλτική δράση. Το Capoten επιβραδύνει τη διαδικασία καταστροφής της βραδυκινίνης και προάγει την αύξηση της προσταγλανδίνης Ε2, καθώς και του μονοξειδίου του αζώτου, που προκαλεί αγγειοδιασταλτική δράση. Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water. Follow the directions on your prescription label. Take this medicine on an empty

spells. Alcohol can make you more drowsy and dizzy. Avoid alcoholic drinks.

Do not treat yourself for coughs, colds, or pain while you are taking this medicine without asking your doctor or health care
professional for advice. Some ingredients may increase your blood pressure.
